Terms of Service

Early-access version. The operating entity's details will be added before billing opens; the content describes how the system works today.

These terms apply when you create an account, use the web dashboard, API, MCP server, CLI or SDK, or install the Browlix worker. By using Browlix you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Early access

Browlix is in early access. Features may change and carry a Beta or Planned status as shown on each feature page. During this period Browlix does not charge and makes no availability commitment (SLA). When billing opens, prices and payment terms will be published in advance on the Pricing page.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor codes and API keys safe.
  • The workspace owner decides who is invited and their roles; every action by members and API keys is recorded in the workspace audit log.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share sign-in details; invite more members instead.

3. Workers and browsers

The Browlix worker runs on machines you control. You are responsible for those machines, the proxies you configure and the content of the pages your profiles visit. Worker updates are signed by Browlix; the Windows build is not yet code-signed.

4. Your content and data

Data you put into Browlix (profiles, proxies, flows, synced browser data) remains yours. Browlix processes it only to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Accounts on other platforms

You may only use Browlix with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and you must follow those platforms' terms. Browlix does not guarantee that a platform will not restrict or suspend your accounts.

6. AI agent

When you use the AI agent, the content of the page you assign is sent from Browlix servers to a model through the Lovable AI Gateway. The model never receives cookies, passwords or secret values. Risky actions need your approval; you are responsible for actions you approve.

7. Suspension and termination

Browlix may suspend or end access for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, security risks, or where the law requires. You may stop using Browlix at any time and request deletion of your data through the Contact page.

8. Limitation of liability

During early access Browlix is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Browlix is not liable for indirect damages, data loss outside Browlix's control, or consequences of third-party platforms restricting your accounts.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, the update date at the top changes and active workspaces are notified in advance.

10. Operator

The legal details of the entity operating Browlix will be added here before billing opens. Send any question about these terms through the Contact page.
