Refund policy

Early-access version. The operating entity's details will be added before billing opens; the content describes how the system works today.

This policy applies to Browlix's paid plans (Pro, Team, Business) once Browlix opens billing. Browlix does not charge yet; plan prices are on the Pricing page.

1. Who sells and who refunds

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for Browlix's paid plans. Paddle takes the payment, calculates and remits tax, issues the invoice and processes refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply together with this policy.

2. 14-day refund

You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of a subscription's first payment, with no reason needed. Each subscription can be refunded under this section once.

3. Renewals, plan changes and cancellation

  • A subscription renews automatically for the monthly or yearly period you chose until you cancel.
  • Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period; you keep the plan until then. The rest of the period is not refunded, except under sections 2 and 5.
  • An upgrade applies immediately; you pay only the difference for the days left in the period.
  • A downgrade applies immediately; unused time is credited to the next invoice, not paid back in cash.

4. Failed renewal payments

Paddle retries the payment automatically. Meanwhile the workspace keeps its plan for up to 14 days so you can update the payment method; after that it moves to the Free plan.

5. When the law gives you more rights

If the law where you buy gives you broader rights than this policy (for example a consumer's right of withdrawal), those rights apply.

6. How to ask for a refund

  • Use the link in Paddle's receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up the order with the email you paid with.
  • Or send the request through the Contact page with the invoice number.

The money goes back to the original payment method; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. After a refund

The subscription ends right away and the workspace moves to the Free plan. No data is deleted: if the workspace uses more than the Free limits, you just can't add more of that kind of resource until you reduce use or buy a plan again. The refund appears under Invoices & transactions on the Plan & usage page.
